We offer both the 203B (standard FHA) and 203K (rehad) loans under the FHA loan program. Programs available include:

- 5/1 ARM
- 3/1 ARM
The FHA loan option is ideal for first time home buyers or home buyers that are short on cash. Requiring as little as 3.5% down, loan amounts are available up to the “jumbo conforming” limits as high as $729,750 in some higher cost areas.
